by Emerlyn[Server] Seohee1: Please muzzle your gloomy guild master who acts like a shady person^^
Lucky and the Seven Guild members disappeared without a trace, perhaps feeling guilty about the whole thing. Recently, rumors targeting the Normal People(JSO) Guild had been appearing on the BioGod online community, and the suspects were believed to be Seven Guild members. The malicious rumor-spreading posts typically looked like this:
Title: The JSO Guild Succeeded in Image Laundering
Author: qwer1122
Those guys are all just like SH lol kinda disgusting
All Comments:
Lucy server? Everyone except SH seemed normal to me
└Author: I was in the same guild, they were all talked about behind their backs.
Then don’t just keep it to yourself. Tell us about it.
└Author: You wouldn’t believe me even if I told you.
What is it???
Block this attention-seeker.
Making us so curious.
Author: Since someone asked, I’ll just say it briefly.
SH is already well-known.
ITL is a well-known effeminate guy who subtly harasses others without showing it.
KPB is a concept-freak pretending to be clueless, always annoying others.
HJJ is the worst tank I’ve met, looks down on people based on their specs.
TLM is just mentally challenged. Don’t know why they recruited him.
These gloomy posts hidden behind anonymity didn’t receive much attention at first, but as they spread, they became accepted as fact. As a result, the Normal People Guild members would occasionally receive harassment through whispers or unfairly be cursed at.
[Guild] Jimni: Ah, those guys are so infuriating.
[Guild] Jimni: Everyone’s participating in the guild war, right?
[Guild] Hyutzzi: Yes.
[Guild] Heekkom: Of course, haha
[Guild] Jimni: Let’s take first place and make those bastards unable to show their faces!!!!
[Guild] Seohee1: If anyone’s planning to sit out, say so now.
[Guild] Tiramisush: If I say I’m sitting out
[Guild] Tiramisush: I think something bad will happen.
[Guild] Seohee1: You’ve gotten a bit more perceptive just now.
As tensions deepened with Seven, Normal People also began to burn with enthusiasm for the guild war. Cheong-hyeon wanted to join in this atmosphere, but there was a problem.
Cheong-hyeon ‘s class, the dark attribute assassin, had extremely few players, and there was always a reason why few people played certain classes. Setting aside the high difficulty level, with low health and defense, it was the worst class for PvP content.
For bosses and dungeons with fixed patterns, one could memorize and avoid them, but in player-versus-player combat, it was incredibly difficult to dodge attacks that could come from anywhere at any time. Because of this, Cheong-hyeon tended to avoid PvP content, and most people considered doom assassins as easy prey rather than teammates to join forces with.
[Guild] Ittorang: Me sitting out would be more helpful haha
[Guild] Ittorang: I’ll just cheer you on.
[Guild] Jimni: Ah…well…a doom assassin is…
[Guild] Heekkom: ㅠㅠ Let’s play together in regular matches, Ittorang.
[Guild] Seohee1: No.
[Guild] Seohee1: I’m making Ittorang a main player in the party.
[Guild] Ittorang: What?
[Guild] Jimni: Huh???
[Guild] Heekkom: Why…
[Guild] Heekkom: Why…?
At Seo Hee-won’s chat, Cheong-hyeon rubbed his eyes and checked again, thinking he had misread something. Planning to aim for first place in the guild war while using Cheong-hyeon as a main player was essentially saying they had no intention of winning.
[Guild] Seohee1: It wouldn’t be stylish without Ittorang.
[Guild] Hyutzzi: That’s so cool. OK, let’s go.
[Guild] Ittolang: What????
[Guild] Seohee1: Even if we bring common dealers, Seven will just counter them and we’ll be blocked anyway.
[Guild] Seohee1: What’s Seven’s advantage? Having many members so they can freely substitute players?
[Guild] Seohee1: Bringing an unexpected doom assassin actually increases our chances of winning.
It was a somewhat reasonable argument. Seven had accumulated experience through Holy Wars, and like a formula, they would bring out class B when the enemy team brought out class A, gaining an advantage in class compatibility. There were almost no cases of doom assassins appearing in Holy Wars, so even Seven wouldn’t know how to deal with one.
[Guild] Seohee1: We have a chance if we just keep him alive with good healing.
[Guild] Tiramisush: ㅇㅅㅇ… Can you handle this pufferfish…?
[Guild] Seohee1: Obviously.
[Guild] Tiramisush: I can’t handle it.
[Guild] Tiramisush: Why don’t you ask my opinion! I’m a healer too!
[Guild] Seohee1: I’ll send you some Holy War guides Ittorang, so study in advance.
[Guild] Tiramisush: Why are you ignoring me >ㅅ<!!!
[Guild] Ittorang: But…are you serious?
[Guild] Ittorang: Don’t blame me if we lose;;
In the end, it was decided that Cheong-hyeon would participate as a main player in the guild war. Faced with this unexpected turn, with half nervousness and half excitement, Cheong-hyeon began reading the strategy guides that Seo Hee-won had shared.
Title: Explanation for Newbies in BioGod Brawl/Holy War
Author: Red
Are newbies enjoying the 1st-anniversary event?
Newbie: Yes, this is a god-tier game lol. It’s awesome that you can decline PK. Speaking of which, I should go to the field and do some daily quests.
[Newbie has been killed by StalePuddle.]
This is what will happen during the upcoming Great Chaos period.
I’m writing this for newbies who might quit crying, so read this if you’re new to the game.
1. Holy War
During this period, which users call the Great Chaos period, Brawl and Holy War open simultaneously.
Holy War is a PvE+PvP content where two teams fight to kill a boss first.
Each team consists of 2 tanks, 2 dealers, and 2 healers; you can either join random matchmaking or form your own party.
There are regular matches and ranking matches—if you want casual gameplay, go for regular matches.
Ranking matches are replaced by guild wars twice a year. What users call “guild war” = Holy War.
This season is guild war season, so people without guilds can only join regular matches.
Guild war finals are live-streamed on the official channel, so check it out if you’re interested.
Holy War is voluntary, so newbies who aren’t interested don’t need to know the details.
But personally, I think it’s the charm of BioGod, so I recommend trying it.
2. Brawl
What newbies need to be careful about is the Brawl.
Usually, field PK starts when A sends a duel request and B accepts/declines it.
But during Brawl season, there’s none of that—you can attack anyone you see in the field immediately.
If you go to the field thinking you can decline PK like usual, you’ll be dead in an instant.
Terrifying, right? Suddenly want to quit the game?
For such cowards, Brawl is also divided into regular matches and ranking matches.
Regular matches: Brawl is declared only at set times. If you avoid those times, you can roam the field as usual. Since it’s not ranking, people aren’t that brutal and most will spare newbies.
Ranking matches: 24-hour Brawl declaration. Every kill is counted for rankings. People are extremely sensitive, so there’s no special treatment for newbies—they’ll kill anything they see.
Regular Brawl starts first to give people time to adapt, and then ranking Brawl starts after regular Brawl ends.
Newbie: I understand that during regular matches, I just need to avoid Brawl declaration times. But how do I avoid it during ranking matches?
There’s no way lol. Adapt as much as possible during regular matches and survive on your own. When I first started, I just hid all the time.
If you’re lucky, you might catch a veteran player and use them as a bodyguard, so look around.
3. This Season’s Timeline
Brawl (Regular) starts > Guild War starts a week later > Guild War and Brawl (Regular) end > Brawl (Ranking) starts a week later > Brawl (Ranking) ends
That’s how it progresses. Next season, only Holy War changes to ranking matches.
I think I’ve explained everything necessary, so I’ll end here.
Ask in the comments if you have questions.

* * *
As the Holy War season approached, people’s interest began to heat up. While some weren’t interested in guild wars, many were looking forward to the confrontation between Seven and the Normal People guilds this time.
The Normal People Guild also began preparations for Holy War participation in earnest. For Cheong-hyeon, his first guild war was both burdensome and exciting. For someone who had never dared to look at PvP content and had only run away during Brawl seasons to avoid dying, the guild war represented a new possibility for him to enjoy PvP content.
Cheong-hyeon changed into equipment that he and Seo Hee-won had selected and crafted, then opened his status window. It was the so-called “glass cannon” setup—lower health and defense than before, but significantly increased ambush probability and attack power.
Since his body was already weak, the strategy was to abandon health and defense, maximizing attack power to turn opponents into glass-like bodies as well. With his health even lower than before, coordination with Seo Hee-won, the main healer, was crucial to this strategy.
[Guild] Seohee1: Ittorang.
[Guild] Seohee1: Is this your first Holy War ever?
[Guild] Ittorang: I’ve done regular matches once or twice.
[Guild] Seohee1: You’ve read the guides so you should roughly know the rules and boss patterns.
[Guild] Seohee1: Let’s go to the field and practice PK first.
[Seohee1 is inviting you to a party.]
Fortunately, it was during Brawl declaration time, so PvP with others was possible. Seo Hee-won invited other guild members to the party and headed to the field first. Since attacks weren’t possible between party members, Cheong-hyeon followed to the field with peace of mind, thinking he could receive help now if he found himself in mortal danger.
