GB 97
by EmerlynHaero flinched but quickly asked nonchalantly, “Do you have a religion, Brigadier General?”
“I’m Orthodox. Eastern Orthodox.”
He was even quite devout, apart from his supposed gypsy blood.
Haero nodded as he watched Alyosha pretend to pray. “Don’t you believe in a God you’ve never met, Brigadier General?”
“If you’re about to make a blasphemous statement, you’d better stop.”
“No. It’s the opposite. I also believe in faith towards someone you’ve never met. It’s just that I like someone I’ve actually met.”
Haero’s gaze doesn’t waver. As one gets older, a person’s direct gaze and unpackaged heart can sometimes be burdensome.
Even Alyosha unconsciously avoided Haero’s gaze ever so slightly. “That seems like a very realistic feeling, and even productive, isn’t it? With this heart, you’re becoming a talent the military needs and serving devotedly.”
There’s nothing to say. Somehow, both brothers—no, both of them—have a knack for leaving people speechless. Alyosha let out a hearty laugh, shaking his head at the uneasiness he got from his conversation with Yoon Moo-hwa and Haero’s somewhat sickeningly direct heart.
“You two suit each other well, yeah. Stick together, really.”
At those words, Haero smiled brightly without any hint of sarcasm. “You’re the first person I’ve met who gives such a blessing!”
Is this really a blessing?
It was a dispiriting answer, but Alyosha weakly laughed it off, thinking ‘well, whatever’s good is good’.
“Ah, and recently, pirates…” Alyosha, who was about to give some advice, frowned for a moment, then shook his head, “No.”
“Are you trying to make me curious?”
When Haero asked, almost pouncing, Alyosha pushed his forehead away. It was so round that it felt satisfying to push.
“If you’re annoyed, get promoted or something. It’s information not accessible at a Lieutenant’s security clearance.”
He thought he might have matured a bit while he hadn’t seen him, but Alyosha was the same. Haero could only rub his itchy forehead, dumbfounded. After thoroughly irritating Haero like an immature younger brother despite being much older, Alyosha finally said goodbye after spouting a bunch of nonsense.
“I should go before the vodyanoy throws a fit. It’s annoying to have another head on my ship.”
He’s still muttering about vodyanoy or whatever incomprehensible thing. Then, until the end, he earnestly asked Haero to contact him first if he ever wanted to request a transfer, and disembarked from Yoon Moo-hwa’s ship.
Yoon Moo-hwa, who saw Alyosha’s back passing through the gangway through the window, finally sat down.
All captains, no, all crew members have a great attachment to their ships. Especially as a captain, when the perception of ‘my ship’ develops, it feels more like home than home, sometimes like family, and even like a part of one’s body.
Now that the alien presence had left his ship, even if it was a friend, his heightened nerves calmed down a bit. Yoon Moo-hwa checked the blurred map of the warship using his personal device. Although it wasn’t detailed due to confidentiality, Yoon Moo-hwa knew the ship inside out like his own body, so he could tell where the blinking circle he was watching was. Haero seems to be at the stern.
Yoon Moo-hwa called Haero. Only officers and specialists on board could use the ship’s short-wave signals for communication. It was a misuse of privilege for personal reasons, but it was so frequent that even Yoon Moo-hwa didn’t hesitate.
―Victory. Medical Officer Lieutenant Haero speaking.
Hearing the voice as crisp as his wrinkle-free uniform, Yoon Moo-hwa smiled quietly, crossed his legs, and spun his chair. “Where is Lieutenant Haero now?”
―Captain?
Hearing the previously dry voice immediately become lively made him feel even better. Yoon Moo-hwa lightly tapped his knee, waiting for an answer.
After seeming to hesitate for a moment, Haero said he was in the medical bay.
Yoon Moo-hwa looked at the blurred map and echoed, “Medical bay?”
―Where else would I be if not in the medical bay?
An awkward laugh followed. Others might not notice, but he could.
“Really? Are you busy today?”
―I’d prefer not to be, actually. Isn’t it better for the medical bay to be quiet?
“You can even make jokes like that now. You’ve really become a doctor. If you’re not busy, shall we meet after we set sail today?”
Haero giggled at Yoon Moo-hwa’s proposal, which sounded like he was flirting.
―Is that an order?
“It’s not an order right now, but I’m thinking of making it one if you say no.”
Another burst of giggles made Yoon Moo-hwa chuckle softly too, but his eyes were subtly cold as he looked at the screen.
The light was moving, as if it was in motion. If they were sailing, even the movement path that wouldn’t be visible due to the radar and sonar from the Aegis ship was showing up.
―If it’s an order, I have to follow it, don’t I?
“What if I say it’s not an order?”
―Even so, how could I refuse?
It sounded like a conversation between lovers, and fresh ones at that.
The two ended the call without setting a specific time to meet. Yoon Moo-hwa sat motionless even after ending the communication, only changing the screen after confirming that Haero had returned to the medical bay. The switched screen showed a sea chart, high-security information uploaded to the naval network.
It contained information that the waters near the Cape of Good Hope, where pirates frequently appeared, had been unusually quiet lately. Quiet doesn’t mean good news. It was a suspicious sign for things to be quiet when it wasn’t mid-winter and they hadn’t been eradicated. Especially these days, as the severely unpredictable season was passing and the weather was improving, it should be when they, having endured a harsh winter, would be more aggressive…
Yoon Moo-hwa narrowed his eyes and twirled a pencil with his fingers.
“Anyway, we’re keeping a close eye on it too. The number of seized illegal arms trading ships has skyrocketed for a while. If that’s just the number caught, it means the trading volume has increased abnormally compared to normal years.”
Recalling what Alyosha had said when he finally returned to his brigadier general demeanor after finishing the talk about Haero and getting to the main point, Yoon Moo-hwa rubbed his forehead.
Especially the list of escaped or missing prisoners was setting his nerves on edge.
As he became more sensitive, his carnal desire for Haero also increased. Haero’s immature, pure emotions and obsession wouldn’t be this complicated. Yoon Moo-hwa didn’t think Haero would understand him. So he had to hide it well. Because he always had to be a harmless presence to Haero.
* * *
Giggles were followed by rough exhalations.
The sound of wet flesh could be heard. At the end of that obscene sound, Haero’s hand pressed firmly against the round window beside the bed. The window was fogged up due to the humid air from their breathing alone, and a transparent handprint formed on it. The hand that slid down with a squeak then rested on Yoon Moo-hwa’s chest.
“Hah, ha.”
Haero panted, awkwardly moving his hips. Yoon Moo-hwa restrained his desire to act according to his temperament and waited for Haero to continue.
“D-don’t move.” Perhaps sensing his desire to move freely, Haero stammered out an order, “If you move, hah, I can’t…”
“I’m not moving.”
Yoon Moo-hwa pretended to be relaxed, but his hands gripping Haero’s buttocks were so tense they turned white, not completely hiding his impatience.
When he removed his hands, the flesh stuck viscously before detaching. He wanted to see the handprints left on Haero’s buttocks.
Yoon Moo-hwa gently urged Haero, “Would you like to turn around?”
Haero looked at Yoon Moo-hwa with blank eyes before clumsily getting up. Only after lifting his buttocks for a while did the deeply inserted organ come out. Only then did Yoon Moo-hwa release his hand from the base of his own dick. That way, it wouldn’t fully enter Haero and he could move without causing pain.
“Hnngh.”
As the tip of the dick slipped out, Haero shuddered violently at the feeling of the ridge of the glans scraping against him. His arms almost gave way. Haero gritted his teeth and barely managed to turn his body. As he shuffled to change direction, Yoon Moo-hwa’s vision was filled with a small back, and he could see the handprints he had left. When Haero turned his back to him, he erased his affectionate expression. The expression revealed after abandoning the gentleman’s pretense was as dark as the deep sea and as sticky as clay.
“Don’t put it all in, hold my legs. Yes. Like that.”
But his voice remained as gentle as ever.
Haero moved as Yoon Moo-hwa instructed without suspicion. Slowly inserting while leaning forward, he placed his hands on Yoon Moo-hwa’s knees. Though it had been inside him just moments ago, it was still overwhelming.
With his stomach swelling and feeling like he could hardly breathe, Haero gasped and asked, “Is, is it all in?”
“Yes.”
Although the base remained outside, Yoon Moo-hwa had no intention of completely ravaging Haero’s insides yet, so he calmly told a white lie.
Of course, he planned to make Haero adapt so it wouldn’t hurt when fully inserted before his promotion, so whether it was truly well-intentioned was uncertain.
Thanks to leaning his upper body forward, Haero’s buttocks were slightly raised, and in the satisfying illusion Yoon Moo-hwa had created, he slowly moved his hips.
“Hnn, this, this feels strange.”
Haero’s body twitched at the sensation of something scratching his tailbone. Perhaps due to the new ticklish feeling, he unconsciously tightened and released repeatedly, which made Yoon Moo-hwa’s expression grow even fiercer. Thinking it fortunate that Haero wasn’t looking, he couldn’t bear the very slow hip movement and finally sat up.
“Ahh! Why!”
“I want to touch Haero’s nipples.”
